Finding an online poker room that accepts US players is not always a simple task. That is why we have decided to dedicate this site to poker rooms where players from the US can actually deposit and play poker without any problems.
The poker rooms that we have reviewed on this site all offer a deposit option that is there specifically for US players. When using these payment options you should not have any problems depositing and playing poker for real money at these poker rooms.

You can make a deposit at PokerStars using eChecks. An eCheck is the same thing as a normal check only that the whole process is made online. This way you will be able to make a transfer directly from your bank account to your PokerStars account. The first time you make a deposit at PokerStars using eChecks you will be able to deposit a maximum of $100, this amount will however be raised once you have proved to have a valid bank account.

| Full Tilt Poker also offers eChecks as a deposit option for US players. It works exactly the same way as it does on PokerStars. Full Tilt also accepts eWalletXpress which is a deposit option that works in the same way as Neteller used to. You credit your eWalletXpress account using your credit card and then you can make a transfer from the eWallet account to your Full Tilt Poker account.

Bodog Poker is accepting eChecks just like the other big US friendly poker rooms out there. But they have also introduced a new deposit option recently which is called VirtualPIN. This deposit option is a prepaid phone card which you can buy from the VirtualPIN website. After buying this prepaid card you can use it to make deposits to your Bodog Poker account. Obviously you can also use the card to make phone calls if you would like to do that.

Cake Poker is probably the poker room where you will be least likely to manage to make a deposit. The only deposit option here for US players is credit card at the moment and from what we have experienced they don’t have the best success rate for the deposits. If you would like to play on the Cake Poker network you will probably have better luck making a deposit at CardSpike Poker until Cake Poker got the deposit methods in order.
